Hello! I’m Amy. Keeper of the faith, in simple and quiet ways. Wife to a dear man who doesn’t mind my peculiar writing habits and who gives me his unconditional support in every creative endeavor. Homeschooling mom to three wonderful children, my biggest blessings, and to Bailey, an ever-faithful Beagle with velvet ears. I enjoy an eclectic array of hobbies, but writing is my first creative love, dream, and aspiration. I couldn’t write without the support of my family. They are a constant source of encouragement and understanding. I’m incredibly grateful.
If I could tell you one thing that would be useful as you read this blog, it would be this. Well, two things. First, I love love love old things. Especially books. Oddly enough, dusty pages and antiquated illustrations make me feel alive. And, secondly, you’ll find me, at any time of the day, a little scatterbrained. That will most likely reflect in the writing and conversations here, although I put my best foot forward during the editing process. You have my permission to laugh at this chronic absent-mindedness. My family is used to it. It’s how we roll, and I’m so thankful they love me despite my many faults.
Please, stay awhile and say hello! I’d love to meet you and chat. I’m always up for conversation about books, movies, and faith.
